The International Axe Throwing Championship, or IATC, is held every year in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to celebrate the sport through high level competition. IATC 2027 will be held June 9-13.

The International Axe Throwing Championship in 2025 featured, for the first time on the livestream, finalists from the Under 60, Under 70, Big Axe, Slayer Series, and Doubles tournaments along with the Wilson Cup finals and the Global Versus Showdown.
