IATF accepts returns for refund within 30 days from receipt. Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition, and shipping charges are non-refundable. We highly encourage immediate inspection upon receiving the shipment of product(s). Please Contact email@example.com with your order number as the subject line.
Shipments may have local import fees (duties, taxes, etc.). It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay these import fees. IATF does not charge or collect duties on behalf of the buyer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or, if the approval is denied, the item will be returned to you. Any products showing signs of use will not be accepted. They must be in brand new and unused condition.
Your refund will be processed minus the shipping costs, and the balance will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 - 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to process. If after 10 days you have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges are only done for clothing sizes, defective items or damage in freight. If an exchange is required, email email@example.com with your order number in the subject line. If your item qualifies for an exchange you will receive a Return Authorization label to ship from the same address where you received the order. Exchanges will not be accepted without a Return Authorization label.
Any items that qualify for a return will be provided with a Return Authorization label. The cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method once the item is received. Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to process. Axes and clearance items are not refundable.

This policy does not apply to registration to tournaments, tickets to special events (I.E. Prom, Homecoming, IATC). Each of those tickets and registrations will have their own unique policy outlined on the product page in the online IATF store.
